In this webinar you learn how you can analyze different product designs by using a CAESES-CONVERGE coupled workflow. Performing an automated design space exploration has a few challenges. The geometry must be robustly parametrized and, in order to perform CFD analysis, the meshing must be compatible with each geometry that the design engine produces. The final challenge is to make the process intuitive and seamless for the user.
With CAESES, you can define parameters that create a wide range of topological changes in the geometry. With CONVERGE, the software automatically generates the computational mesh with ease. The Adaptive Mesh Refinement capability in CONVERGE automatically refines the mesh during the CFD simulation to save time and effort. In this webinar, we show you how to parametrize a propeller model in CAESES and perform transient flow simulations in CONVERGE on a set of pre-defined designs.
