CAESES/FRIENDSHIP-Framework Users’ Training was held in Hongqiao Guest Hotel, Shanghai on 1st, Dec. 2014.
Over 40 engineers from more than 20 companies related to naval architecture or offshore engineering attended the training. Dong Jiang, the support engineer from FRIENDSHIP SYSTEMS introduced the highlights of the newest release CAESES version 3.1. The state-of-art functionality was highly praised by the attendees. Engineers from our new customer MARIC (708) shared their knowledge of integration between RAPID and CAESES. The live demo of CAESES / Sesam HydroD integration from Dong Jiang also interested the engineers from the offshore industry.
In the afternoon hands-on training, attendees worked on fully parametric modeling of a bulbous bow and a very practical sample-bulb retrofit.
