Conference Overview
Each day of the conference will consist of presentations by customers and FRIENDSHIP SYSTEMS, and workshops on selected topics.
Throughout the conference, invited speakers and CAESES users from near and far will talk about how to create the most competitive products on the market and effectively make use of CAESES. You can expect exclusive and fascinating insights into the simulation-driven design of their products.
Additionally, CAESES hands-on workshops will have topics of interest for both advanced CAESES users and beginners, and will offer demonstrations, insights, tips and tricks, and the opportunity to discuss problems you would like to solve with CAESES.

Event Venue
The CAESES North America User Conference 2026 will take place in the Hyatt Place Virginia Beach Oceanfront in Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA, right at the shore of the Atlantic Ocean, and just a 30-minute car ride away from the Norfolk International Airport.
Networking and Fun
Of course, there will be plenty of time to network with your fellow engineers, in the welcome reception, lunches, dinner, and coffee breaks. Or you may just stroll out of the hotel for a nice walk in the beach or the boardwalk, or enjoy the patio on the 10th floor.

Virginia Beach History Museums represent the diversity of Virginia’s heritage in its historical homes and museums spread throughout our coastal city.
From boat rides to see dolphins and whales to stand-up paddleboarding through the many inlets to oyster boat excursions to sample tasty bivalves plucked straight from the water beneath you, tours show you things in Virginia Beach you may never have seen on your own.
Find live theater year-round at the Little Theatre, just 6 blocks from the beach. Take a wonderful walk through the geometric “Seashore Cathedral” murals under the Rudee Inlet Bridge or stay closer oceanside with the creativity from the ViBE District. Watch musicals, dance companies and big-name musicians at the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts.

Confirmation, Payment and Receipt
A confirmation email and the invoice will be sent shortly after you register. Methods of payments will be outlined on the invoice.
Cancellation Policy
Registered attendees, who are unable to attend the conference, may be substituted by a colleague. Registration may be cancelled free of charge until February 15, 2026.
Students
Attendees registering as students must submit a certificate of enrollment. The document should at least contain the name, name of the university, period of studies/end date of the enrollment. Please send this document to this email address.
Pictures
We plan to take pictures during the event, plus a nice group photo. By registering for this event, you agree that pictures will be published, for instance, on our website.
