Ship Optimization Lecture for EMship Students in Nantes

Around 20 students who are taking part in the European Masters Course in Integrated Ship Design (EMship) joined a ​“Ship Optimization” lecture and workshop given by Mattia Brenner and Dr. Stefan Harries at Ecole Centrale de Nantes in June 2014. After theoretical input on ship optimization a hands-on training complemented with a competition provided an insight into the practical applications of simulation-driven design with CAESES® / FRIENDSHIP-Framework.
