Join us for our workshop ​“Sim­u­la­tion-Driven Opti­miza­tion for Advanced Tur­bocharger Design” on Thursday, Dec 2, 2021 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM CET.

This workshop will showcase the results obtained in the ​“GAMMA” R&D project, in which FRIEND­SHIP SYSTEMS joined forces with MTU Friedrichshafen, NUMECA Inge­nieur­büro, and the Tech­ni­cal Uni­ver­sity Darm­stadt to develop an effi­cient and com­pre­hen­sive method­ol­ogy for advanced tur­bocharger design, taking into account various aspects like aero­dy­namic per­for­mance, struc­tural reli­a­bil­ity, and man­u­fac­tur­ing feasibility.

Apart from an overview of the research project, you can expect in-depth pre­sen­ta­tions about geometry para­me­ter­i­za­tion, CFD workflow, opti­miza­tion studies per­formed on several tur­bocharger com­po­nents, as well as time to ask your ques­tions and interact with the presenters.
