FRIENDSHIP SYSTEMS INC USA

FRIENDSHIP SYSTEMS AG (FS), a leading provider of innovative simulation-driven design technology, has formed its wholly-owned subsidiary FRIENDSHIP SYSTEMS INC. (FSI) in the United States. Established in May 2023 in New York City, the US office will support our customers and pursue opportunities in North America. FS customers in the industries such as shipbuilding, aerospace, automotive and medical devices, use our software CAESES for efficient and robust design exploration for optimizing flow performance of their products. The US office will be headed by Dhiren Marjadi as the president of FRIENDSHIP SYSTEMS INC.

Prior to joining FSI, Marjadi worked with Altair where he served in several leadership roles, including director of product management, regional managing director of the northeast USA region, and vice president of global aerospace business development. Marjadi will lead FSI’s sales, business development, and alliances in North America.

With his proven record of building software business ground-up, we are excited to have Dhiren on our team,” said Stefan Harries, co-founder and managing director of FRIENDSHIP SYSTEMS AG. I was impressed with Dhiren’s ability to quickly understand the technical and business aspects of FS’ offerings,” said Claus Abt, also a co-founder and managing director of FRIENDSHIP SYSTEMS AG.

FRIENDSHIP SYSTEMS has developed a group of loyal customers globally,” said Harries. Opening an office in the US demonstrates our strong commitment to providing our customers in North America with the best technical support locally.”

Marjadi holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Missouri, and a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from the University of Missouri.
