CAESES and Air­Shaper for Aero­dy­namic Glider Design

We are happy to announce a part­ner­ship with Air­Shaper, a smart and powerful online service for aero­dy­namic flow analysis and per­for­mance pre­dic­tion. In this context, a new glider design web app will be avail­able soon that is based on CAESES. It will allow design­ers to create glider designs within minutes by changing typical geometry para­me­ters. For each design that is created, a short pre­lim­i­nary analysis is done directly within the CAESES App GUI. For a full 3D flow analysis (RANS com­pu­ta­tion), the design can­di­dates can be simply uploaded to the Air­Shaper platform.
