Matthias Maasch 21 Report post Posted August 5, 2014 Hi folks, based on some nice screenshots of this post "http://www.friendship-systems.com/forum/index.php?/topic/289-simple-helical-impeller/" I created a fully parametric model of a helical impeller. The model consists of an inner and outer casing which are described by an FSplinecurve. In the next pictures you can see a selection of the main parameters of the casing and an animation of the variation. Of course you can vary the vanes, too. Beside of the number of vanes and the vane-thickness you have some more parameters which you can see in the next picture + a short animation. For the final model I used the new Brep-functionality which is not published yet (but soon :-) ). So far you will find a surface model in the attached project which is ready for meshing!
