Irregular surface at Propeller tip

I am trying to create geometry of KA 4 70 propeller with Naca 4 digit section profile. I have generated the geometry with the help of Propeller sample file and few video lectures. After generating the propeller I created the propeller tip. But It looks like propeller tip generated is not correct and CAESES showed the warning for propeller tip. When I exported the geometry in .step format and try to import that that in Solidworks, there was an error message that "Geometry has rebuild error". Propeller KA 4 70 has wide tip and I think CAESES tip features tries to make tip like singular point and that might be the reason for error. Is there any way I can solve this error.

Hi Suraj,

 

for this kind of propeller you can simply cut the tip with a cylinder. This is done with a brep operation "solid from intersection". Therefore you have to extrude the blade a little bit in both directions, which is done in the brep "blade".
