Problem in the form (geometry) of FSpline

I'll build myself a very smooth curve angles and input data will generate the surface. If you roll the surface there is visible emissions and without curvature

PS

Interpolated points: The issue is not quantity, but you need to get in trouble spots

I have to admit that I do not fully understand your issue. And, in your project file it is not clear what to change to see the behavior that can be observed in your screenshots.

 

One thing that I can say is that we recommend skinning as the NURBS generation process for meta surfaces. For such a surface, a good number (of interpolation points in surface direction) is in the range 20-50. 205 etc is far too much. But maybe you have used this number to better provoke and investigate this behavior.
