Parametric Modeling of a Mixing Section

Hi,

 

attached is an example of a part of a mixing section.

 

Following design variables can be varied:

 

• Number of Revolutions
• Number of Nubs
• Nubs Height
• Nubs Width
• Nubs angle (varied by x parameter)

The design process is as follows:

• create cylinder hub
• crate helix
• create Nub
• periodically repeat the Nub along the helix path
• cut solids
