Ms. lexi wang 0 Report post Posted October 20, 2013 I use the same iges profile ,pick up blade only to remodel in FFW and put whole PPTC without blades in ICEM at the same .there is a gap for controlled propeller before impoting to FFW. after remodeling ,the gap is gone and I import into ICEM where it is originally .there is a little difference in the picture out of my expectation.according to my experice , closing the gap has almost no effect on simulation in fluent and the extended root part in hub is needed nicely.so how can FFW close this gap and extend the root?
