joej7 0 Report post Posted November 8, 2020 I have a student license and have been using CAESES for my research. Recently I got this error when opening CAESES. When I hit ok, I get another error: When I hit "Try Nodelocked License" I get a prompt saying "Your license is expired" How do I proceed to renew the license? I am still working on my research which requires the use of CAESES.
Mr. Michael Coe 0 Report post Posted November 8, 2020 I had a similar problem. You can try to unlock the license by signing into the licensing system in the main website. If that doesn't work or you don't have a license, I contacted customer support and they sorted it out the next day (there is a 12 hour difference from CAESES and where I live). Ms. Peggy Kotscha 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2020 CAESES student licenses are only valid for a certain period of time (e.g. until the end of the semester). To renew your licence you can send an email to license@friendship-systems.com. Please mention your license ID, attach a current certificate of enrollment from your university and provide a short summary of your previous work with CAESES.
