I was working through the tutorial on "Hydrostatic Calculation" for the connection "Hydrostatic" and applied it on my own projects. In the tutorial it is mentioned, that results are provided in the 3D view as well as in a table. I can only see results in a table. Is it possible with CAESES Free to see the results in the 3D view?

I am using CAESES Free 4.1.1.

Hello Tim,

 

there are different results displayed in the 3D-View and in the table. In the table you can see the scalar results, like displacement and XCB.

 

In the 3D-View you can see the sectional area curve and the wetted surface area as shown in the screenshot.

You can utelize the sectional area curve for example, by creating an image curve and based on that you can create a parameter which calculates the maximum sectional area (see screenshot below)

There is no problem doing this with CAESES Free.
