Unless intersection of any surface with the z=const plane doesn't create a plane curve. And if creates a plane curve as such curvature turns out at this curve.

i played around with the intersection curve between a surface and a plane. For me everything works fine. Is it possible for you to attach your project file in the next post? Then it would be easier to understand your problems. Which FFW/ CAESES version do you use on which system?

I understood that MarchingAccuracy value by default too big for this situation.

you are right, increasing the MarchingAccuracy to i.e. 1.e-8 will lead to sufficient results.
