I tried everything that you've done before , but access to what the Karstens (7th April 2015, 5:42PM) offered as the solution does not work.
Just the program does not start. Among other things I tried on another computer - identical problem.
I think some of the team must check it.

When I startup the application (release 4.0.3) I got this message: Network Error. License Server not reachable.
I turn off Windows firewall but it still the same.
Would you please help?

Hi there, i run Caeses 4.1.2 on my new WorkStation with Windows 8.1 Pro and at license agreement after check it and press OK it simply start again and again.
Any suggestion?
