Start problem on RedHat 5.10

[Start problem on RedHat 5.10]

When launching CAEFES 3.0.15 on RedHat 5.10, I get the licensing panel.

After I choose Free Edition and Next, the application exits.

In the terminal window are the following messages:

[No free web float license slot available!]

Hi

I installed Friendship framework 2.2.7 without a problem. But when I upgraded to CAESES-FFW_3.1.3_win64 version, I get the same Info-Message:

"Currently no free web float licence slot available!"

 

What can I do?
