I can't see anything wrong with your script. Maybe, try without -x after shebang and make sure you have all paths correct both, in the fsc and the sh file. First, my problem is running Optimization with DAKOTA in Linux. and i confirmed working in Windows(and No problem when using other optimization algorithms(like sobol, TSearch, ...)
