Run DAKOTA in Linux

Hi

 

i have confirmed that it works well on winodws

 

and i ran "run.sh"(attached file) on linux(centOS6) but... it did not work.(image1,2)

 

what can i do more...?

try simply recreating your shell script under Linux or refer to this post for a more detailed explanation:

Thanks for reply. i don`t know if i understand well. but...When i run it with other optimization algorithms in Linux, it worked fine without problems.

 

and when i tried to optimize it with DAKOTA, there was a problem.

the latest Version of CAESES on my PC is 4.4.1

 

I took this and installed it.("CAESES_4.4.1_Linux.x86_64.tar")

all right, that is the latest you can currently have.

Could you please give a few more information on what is shown on the screenshots you have attached?

 

I can't see anything wrong with your script. Maybe, try without -x after shebang and make sure you have all paths correct both, in the fsc and the sh file.

 

Have you checked the CAESES Documentation browser under tutorials/learn more/batch mode?

First, my problem is running Optimization with DAKOTA in Linux. and i confirmed working in Windows(and No problem when using other optimization algorithms(like sobol, TSearch, ...)

 

Second, Previously when I checked, I could not find anything wrong with my script. I'll check it again.
