Guest Mr. ALARIC LUKOWSKI Report post Posted April 25, 2016 Hi, I am building a connection with a CFD software and it is working correctly using the baseline design from which I exported the trimesh into a coloured stl file. I then generated a few variants using the Sobol Design Engine, but I think I am missing something as I don't see how to connect these variants within the automated software connection. Would you have any suggestion? Best regards,
Mr. Carsten Fuetterer 9 Report post Posted April 25, 2016 Hi Alaric, you have to set set a parameter like pressure drop from your cfd calculation in the evaluation section of the design engine. This parameter parameter must be set up in the lower right section of the software connector. Does this helps you? best regards Carsten
Guest Mr. ALARIC LUKOWSKI Report post Posted April 25, 2016 Indeed it helps, thanks for your responsiveness. However I still have an unclear issue: my software connection is actually three software connections interlocked together (nb 2 starts when nb 1 is finished and 3 after 2); and when I generate the variants, it automatically starts with the third computation instead of the first one. How can I manage to fix this? Best,
Mr. Claus Abt 14 Report post Posted April 26, 2016 Sounds like your input to nb1 and 2 has not changed and those results are up to date. Why don't you have a web-meeting?CheersClaus
