Error message: Currently no free web float license available while starting CAESES

You have received the error message

Currently no free web float license available

after starting CAESES?

 

Please follow these instructions:

 

Linux:

 

browse to your CAESES folder .../FRIENDSHIPSYSTEMS/CAESES/

and execute the shell script CAESES_reset_license_selection.

 

or terminal/shell:

 

execute this line (please exchange myCAESESinstallationFolder with your corresponding CAESES folder on your workstation

           ./myCAESESinstallationFolder/CAESES/CAESES_reset_license_selection

 

The CAESES registration dialog will be opened.

 

If you are a CAESES Free user please check the first option and select next

fill in your email address and your password and check the already registered check box.

select next and CAESES will be executed.

 

If you are a commercial customer choose your license type in the CAESES registration menu and enter your credentials.

For more information about the different license types you can have a look at the CAESES_Product_Registration.pdf in your CAESES installation folder.

 

Windows:

 

Go to the windows start menu > programs > FRIENDSHIP SYSTEMS and select CAESES (reset license selection)

 

If you are a CAESES Free user please check the first option and select next

fill in your email address and your password and check the already registered check box.

select next and CAESES will be executed.

 

If you are a commercial customer choose your license type in the CAESES registration menu and enter your credentials.
