ALTHAF K.B 0 Report post Posted January 16, 2023 John Carlton's book "Marine Propellers and Propulsion," 3rd edition, gives details of the geometry of the B series propeller. In Section 6.5.1, on page 94, a figure shows the geometry of a cylindrical section. The values of the parameters in the figure are shown in Table 6.5 at various values of r/R. However, I could not find information about the rake and the skew of each section. This is necessary to construct a blade. The chart for the B5.755 propeller is shown on page 81, Fig. 6.8. It is for paricular values of skew and rake that depend on r/R. Where can I find this information? Please help.

Mr. Heinrich von Zadow 9 Report post Posted January 18, 2023 It's part of the documentation that comes with CAESES. You can either switch to the help workspace (bottom left) and just search for it: or you create a blade and then select the Icon next to it in the object editor: Cheers, Heinrich
