Mr. Daniel Floden 0 Report post Posted December 12, 2013 Hi, What is the most straight forward way of exporting lines (in xy-plane) to AutoCad? RegardsDaniel
Jörg 29 Report post Posted December 12, 2013 Hi Daniel, Currently, we support only a subset of the DXF import. The DXF export is not available so far (but we will check it). With lines you mean e.g. curves in your 3D view, right? As a work around, can you use IGES for this purpose? CheersJoerg
Mr. Claus Abt 14 Report post Posted December 12, 2013 Hi Daniel, I tried a converter from PDF to DXF which I found in the web. Seems to work fine and there are a few out there. Maybe as a workaround this is sufficient? PropDrawing.pdfPropDrawing.zip The reimported does not show numbers but I think this is because CAESES / FFW does not support these entities.
