Restoring designs removed from table

Hi, When viewing the optimization results, there is an option to remove selected design from the table (the red X button on the attached image). When hovering the mouse pointer over that button, it says "Remove from table (not delete)". After having removed some designs, is it possible to restore them back to the table? Thank you, - Mansur
